Vancouver Lake often has poor water quality and aquatic weed issues which impact lake users and the ecosystem. Clark County has hired Herrera Environmental Consultants, Inc. to develop an Aquatic Vegetation Management Plan to address algal blooms and invasive vegetation in the lake.
